OASIS: Organic Uji Matcha Solid Shampoo

This shampoo is inspired by the ancient beauty remedy of tea rinsing as a daily treatment to achieve healthy scalp and hair. Supercharge and restore shine to dry, parched and dull hair with this solid shampoo made with juicy grapefruits, yellow mandarins and premium grade Matcha powder from Kyoto! The shampoo is wrapped in a FSC-certified compostable paper printed with soy ink. pH tested 6.5

How to use:

Rub the shampoo 4-5 times directly onto your wet hair, or lather it between your hands and apply onto scalp. Gently massage it into your scalp and work it into a nice lather. Rinse out as per normal. 

Let the bar air dry between uses to prolong its use. 

These solid shampoos are more concentrated than traditional shampoos, thus a little goes a long way.  When using the shampoo, focus on only cleansing the scalp area as that is where the build-up occurs. Extend its durability by keeping it as dry as possible between washes. 

Ingredients:

Matcha Green Tea*: Rich in Vitamin B (panthenol) that strengthens hair follicles, and polyphenols which boost shine and softness of hair.

French Kaolin Clay: Gentle cleansing for the scalp

Organic Oatmeal: Nourishes dry, itchy and sensitive scalps

Castor Oil: Increases circulation and promotes hair growth 

*The premium matcha powder that we have used in our shampoos is in partnership with Matchaya. The area of cultivation of the matcha is from 4th generation Tea Farmers located in Uji, the southeastern border of Kyoto Japan.
