Here’s how it works: you’ll get in touch with one of their MSFIT trainers who will create a personal workout plan for your goals and needs and they’ll then work with you at every session to get the results you want.
The added plus is that some of their trainers are familiar with different medical specialisations such as PCOS management, navigating physical health from disordered eating and even joint and muscle strengthening from injury. If you haven’t already heard of Aerial Yoga, it’s a combination of yoga, pilates and dance while you hang from a silk hammock that supports your poses. Her Tribe’s aerial classes focus on different mobility exercises such as stretching and strength training.
