Flat rate of $2.90 for delivery will apply for orders under $50.

All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day via NinjaVan; this means that you will actually receive your WYLD goodies within 2-4 working days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions.

Next-day Delivery available at $9 & $15 (for orders going to addresses in Sentosa). Orders made before 9pm will be delivered to you by 7pm the next-day. Orders made after 9pm will be delivered the day after. The courier may call before making delivery. Not available on public holidays.

Once your order is dispatched we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

Self-collection: Come collect your order at 412 Joo Chiat Road! Orders for self-collection are usually ready within 24hours. An email notification will be sent once your order is ready (please check spam, in case you do not receive it) See ya in-store!

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks during the on-going Covid-19 situation.

All international orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. A flat shipping rate of SGD$50 on international orders below 1kg. International shipping not available for liquids and items above 1kg including bath mats, towels, selected homewares and bags. 

Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs.

 Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
