Motherhood has never been a straight line. It’s a rhythm, a tide, a rise-and-fall that reshapes you in ways no one fully prepares you for. Some call it a season. Some call it survival. But for many women, it becomes an entire wave — one that lifts, crashes, softens, and strengthens all at once.

El Mama Wave is exactly that: a living expression of motherhood in all its wild, aching, extraordinary truth.

Created by a dear friend-of-a-WYLDOne, this body of work blends art, poetry, memory, and emotion into something that feels less like a gallery showing and more like a heartbeat shared in real time. Her paintings move like currents — colours sweeping, stretching, breaking open. Her words?
They land like prayers whispered in the dark.
Soft. Fierce. Honest.

This is not motherhood curated for pretty squares.
This is motherhood as it truly is:
