STRENGTHEN PELVIC FLOOR MUSCLES FOR BETTER ORGASMS
This full set includes 2 kegel balls (single & double, body-safe silicone casing) and 5 weighted rattling* balls to help you with your training. It is made of soft flexible material to make insertion more comfortable and is super smooth against the skin.
All three balls have a diameter of ~3.4cm. Besides, the weight range from this set, it is beginner friendly and for intermediate-level users**.

Flat rate of $5 for delivery will apply for orders under $60.
All orders will be dispatched within 2 working day via Qxpress; this means that you will receive your WYLD goodies within 2-4 working days. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions.
Next-day Delivery available at $12.90. $17.90 for orders going to addresses in Sentosa. Orders made before 11pm will be delivered to you by 7pm the next day. Orders made after 7pm will be delivered the day after. The courier may contact you before making delivery. Not available on public holidays.
Complimentary Next-day Delivery for orders above $450.

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks during the on-going Covid-19 situation.
All international orders will be dispatched within 2-4 working days. A flat shipping rate of SGD$40 on international orders below 1kg. International shipping not available for liquids and items above 1kg including bath mats, towels, selected homewares and bags.
Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by theWYLDshop.com, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES
All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs.
Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
WHAT IS YOU RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?
If your items are just not right not a worry in the world. You can return for a store credit which can be use both online an in-store or exchange for another item. Just return the item(s) to us within 21 working days of receiving your order. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with their original packaging, original tags attached, undamaged and unwashed. Exchanges are not available on swimwear, lingerie, wellness, fragrances and beauty products. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

Exchange/returns can be down in-store at our boutique. Or if you may send it back to us at the address below via registered post. Once we receive the item (in its original condition), we'll issue the store credits or send the exchange item out!

WHAT IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?
Again, not a worry in the world. The same terms and conditions of our policy apply. Unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange on International returns but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.
As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - we recommend sending it via registered mail so you can track your parcel.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE? (SINGAPORE ONLY)
Once we have received your returned items back safely which will usually be within 3-5 working days we will ship your new item(s) out within 2 working days. We will notify you via email when your new item(s) have been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
