Make a splash at Singapore’s first aqua park on sunny Sentosa island! A Spanish Serenade with Sunflowers at Gardens by the Bay:

Who doesn’t love walking through a field of beautiful flowers? While it’s not a field, Gardens by the Bay does their best to transport you to Southern Spain. Throughout the month of October, you’ll find Spanish garden blooms like sunflowers, pelargoniums and petunias dancing away in the indoor garden to mimic the romantic Spanish courtyards. On 23 October at 2pm and 4pm, you can also catch flamenco dancers, a hallmark of Spanish culture, sashaying away at the Flower Field Hall.

While you’re taking a nap on your staycation at Sentosa, let the kids run free at Nestopia. The open-air play space definitely doesn’t bore with its climbing obstacles, suspended bridges, mazes and the longest slides on Sentosa Island. Suitable for kids aged 5 years and above, this is the ultimate playground to tire them out and get some peace and quiet at night.

Deep Boo Sea at S.E.A Aquarium:

If you’re getting hyped for Halloween at the end of the month, the S.E.A Aquarium Singapore is having a spooky-themed experience for the kids to join in the fun. They have trick-or-treat trails that not only promise sweets, but little ones can also learn some facts about marine animals and meet costumed animals dressed in their best spooky wear. At 4:15pm daily, get a chance to wave at the skeleton divers and watch them feed the fishes on Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday.
