theWYLDshop.com is a secured website. We use PayPal to capture all our payments. We will not share or sell your personal information to any third parties.
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express). You may also pay via PayPal, GrabPay and ShopBack.

Order
Oh lucky you! Just note that you can only use one discount code at a time. You can enter your discount code on the "Check Out" page where you'll find the "Add a discount" option.
We apologize in advance! You should receive the Order Confirmation within an hour of your online purchase and the Shipping Advice within 2 working days. If you didn't receive these within the expected time frame, please call +65 8518 8620 or email us at shop@theWYLDshop.com and we will provide you with them.
We absolutely understand that you can get excited while shopping online! So if you would like to cancel your pre-paid order please email us within 2 hours of placing your order and you will receive a full refund via your payment mode.
Delivery
You can track your order through the tracking number that is included in the shipping confirmation.
Your order will normally be posted out 1-2 days after you place your order or earlier. Please allow 2-3 working days (Singapore Orders) and 10-14 working days (International orders) for delivery after it has been posted. This time frame is only a guide, and doesn’t take into account possible delays caused by severe weather, service interruptions, etc.
There are some items that may be shipped directly from Australia and the delivery time may range from 5-10 working days. Please be sure to check the details of the items you have ordered.
Return and Exchange
If your items are just not right not a worry in the world. You can return for a store credit which can be use both online an in-store or exchange for another item. Just return the item(s) to us within 21 working days of receiving your order. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with their original packaging, original tags attached, undamaged and unwashed. Exchanges are not available on swimwear, lingerie, wellness, fragrances and beauty products. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
Kindly email us with your reason of return at shop@thewyldshop.com beforehand.
Exchange/returns can be down in-store at our boutique. Or if you may send it back to us at the address below via registered post. Once we receive the item (in its original condition), we'll issue the store credits or send the exchange item out!

For exchanges, please note the new items you'd like to exchange for must be equal or more in price. In the event that the price of new item(s) is more, we'll send you an invoice for the top up.
Once we have received your returned items back safely which will usually be within 3-5 working days we will ship your new item(s) out within 2 working days. We will notify you via email when your new item(s) have been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.
We will happily send your exchange order for FREE!
Unfortunately, we do not accept international exchanges. However, you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer. Please see here for more information on returns.
