WHAT IS YOU RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY?

If your items are just not right not a worry in the world. Just return the regular priced item(s) to us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item(s) must be returned with their original packaging, original tags attached, undamaged and unwashedRefunds or exchanges are not available for sale item(s).  Refunds or exchanges are not available on one-piece swimsuits, bikini tops, bikini bottoms or bikini sets. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.

For exchanges, please note the new items you'd like to exchange for must be equal or more in price. In the event that the price of new item(s) is more, we'll send you a PayPal invoice for the top up.

WHAT IF I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER?

Again, not a worry in the world. The same terms and conditions of our policy apply. Unfortunately, we can’t offer an exchange on International returns but you can send something back for a full refund and then place a new order for the size, colour or item you’d prefer.

As an International customer, you can return your parcel using any postal service. Please note - you'll need to cover the postage costs yourself. It’s a good idea to mark your parcel as ‘returned goods’ to avoid being charged any duties. The parcel remains your responsibility until it arrives with us - we recommend sending it via registered mail so you can track your parcel.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS TO BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED?

You can return any item to us within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that you email us beforehand with your reason of return, and whether you want a refund or an exchange of any items. If you'd like to exchange, let us know which item(s), colour and size you'd like.

We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether a refund or exchange has been processed. This is usually within 1-2 working day of receiving your return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

Alternatively, feel welcome to make an appointment to visit our showroom where you will be able to try on and exchange your items immediately. Email us at shop@thewyldshop.com to make an appointment. 

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER, HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEMS TO BE REFUNDED?

Please send items back via a postal service that provides a tracking number so you can hunt it down if you need to and address to:

We'll send you an email as soon as we've completed your return, letting you know whether the refund has been processed. This is usually within 1-2 working day of receiving your return. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you.

 HOW LONG WILL MY REFUND TAKE?

Once we have received your returned items safely which will usually be within 3-5 working days for Singapore orders and 10-14 workings for International orders, we will process your refund within 2 working days. We will notify via email once the refund has been processed.

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED?

Our online payment gateway is powered through PayPal so your credit card or PayPal account will be credited via PayPal.

HOW LONG WILL MY EXCHANGE TAKE? (SINGAPORE ONLY)

Once we have received your returned items back safely which will usually be within 3-5 working days we will ship your new item(s) out within 2 working days. We will notify you via email when your new item(s) have been shipped and provide you with a tracking number.

DO I HAVE TO PAY SHIPPING FOR MY EXCHANGE ORDER? (SINGAPORE ONLY)

We will happily send your exchange order for FREE!
