There will be a 1-3 day delay with NinjaVan deliveries and will take up to 5 working days.

Flat rate of $2 for delivery will apply for orders under $50.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 working days via NinjaVan; this means that you will actually receive your WYLD goods within 2-4 working days. We do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, we cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather and service interruptions.

Next-day Delivery available at $9 & $15 (for orders going to addresses in sentosa). Order before 6pm and we'll deliver it to you by 6pm the next-day. Orders made after 6pm will be delivered the day after. The courier may call before making delivery.

Once your order is dispatched we will notify you via email with a tracking number.

International shipping can take up to 4 weeks during the on-going Covid-19 situation.

All international orders will be dispatched within 3 working days. For orders totalling SGD$250 or more orders will be shipped for FREE. A flat shipping rate of SGD$50 will be charged for orders below SGD$250. Customs, taxes, duties and collection fees may still apply. All duties and/or taxes are the responsibility of the customer and are not collected by theWYLDshop.com, nor are they included in the order total. Any applicable fees will be due upon delivery.

TAXES & DUTIES

All applicable customs and import duties and fees, taxes and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse any shipments upon delivery). We ship your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid", and we do not collect the VAT, duties and/or taxes and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, you must pay them in order for your package to clear customs.

 Customs authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package(s). Customs agents have the right to release or deny release of your package(s), and in rare cases, they may also delay delivery.
