When The Neighbor needs charging, a light above the button will blink. To charge, connect The Neighbor to a power source with the USB cable included. Insert the pin end into the tiny hole marked by a charge ⚡ symbol. While charging, the light will stay on. When the light turns off, The Neighbor is fully charged.
Travel lock: Make sure The Neighbor is turned off before pressing the on/off button again for approx. 4 seconds to activate/deactivate the travel lock

Free delivery for Singapore orders $60 and above. There is delivery fee of $3.90 for orders under $60. Deliveries will be made via Qxpress within 5 working days.
Next-day Delivery available at $11. $16.90 for delivery to Sentosa. Orders made before 11pm will be deliver it to you by 7pm the next day. Orders made after 11pm will be delivered the day after. Not available on public holidays.
Complimentary Next-day Delivery for orders above $400.
Same-day Delivery available at $16.90. $21.90 for orders going to addresses in Sentosa. Orders made before 11:30am will be delivered to you by 7pm the on the day. Orders made after 11:30am will be delivered the day after. Not available on public holidays.
3Hr Emergency Delivery available at $21. $26 for orders going to addresses in Sentosa. Order before 5pm and you'll receive the order within 3 hours! Please note, orders are only prepared during our opening hours, hence if orders are placed before 10am (Tue to Sat) or 12pm (Sun & Mon), you'll receive it earliest by 12pm or 1pm respectively.
Once your order is dispatched we will notify you via email with a tracking number. For next-day, same-day, emergency deliveries, the courier may contact you before delivery.
